I am renting this house to a responsible and neat person or family who has the fear of God and treat my house as his or her own because formally we wanted to sale the house but we did not see anyone that is willing to buy so we were advice by our lawyer to rent it, NB: My wife and i are deaf and dump but we can read and write and we don&#039;t want you to use opportunity in taking advantage of us because people mostly act like that and which is not good in the site of God Almighty in Heaven.

I will be in the states for the next one year with my wife and nine year old daughter and during my stay i will be working with the United States Environmental Protection Agency  on a private research work....We have a financier that is based in the states and he will be handling the rent deposit payment on our behalf,we will instruct him to send you the check for this as soon as you give us the go ahead to make payment to you.
 
Due to the limited time that we have before our arrival,we are making arrangements with a furniture company to supply the home with furniture,so we will need you to provide us with the measurements of the living room and bedroom so that we can send it to the furniture company so that they can supply the unit with furniture that will fit in well. As regards the idlease agreement,i want you to send it to me for my review,i will eventually have it filled and signed on my arrival in your place as i am of the opinion that such documents are best filled and signed physically.We can start the lease by the 15th of February and we will be doing a one  year lease although we will not be arriving until Ending of February ..or even before then.You can prepare the lease in my name Dr.Jones Bruce and my wife&#039;s name Mrs.Lynda bruce.Please call my cell phone  +447042061383  let us know how to move ahead as we intend to complete this deal before we move in by the end of the month,we will let you know the exact date as soon as we get a booking on a flight to the states.

Good to read from you on your interest on my apartment. The apartment is still very much available for rent. Just to give you a little low down about the apartment and myself. My Wife and I are Australian citizens, in our 60&#039;s and very responsible with impeccable references. I inherited the flat from my late father. He was actually residing there alone. He just recently passed away in an hospital with diabetes. This is why i decided to put up the property for lease. My wife and i recently relocated from Australia to Madrid, Spain on a working visa. We have been in the country for just over 5 months. Due to my new job offer at the Hospital Universitario La Paz here in Madrid. 

The whole flat is up for a total of 8000HKD per month. Which i also think is fair enough considering the location. I just need someone with an open heart, love and clean to occupy the apartment and put all my worries off concerning the maintenance of the apartment for now.

The flat comprises of one bedroom. Excellent condition inside. Good sized lounge, with a sofa. Can sleep a max of 4, and ideal for family, couple and friends. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary cooking utensils.

Just to let you know, the keys are right here with me. But there wouldn&#039;t be any problem with that. As it can be posted to you, after all necessary agreement has be reached and signed into lease. Also i will like you to know that the rent charges is not really an issue here , but your absolute maintenance of the apartment, because it is good to keep the property in good condition, just for the memories of my father. Who committed so much putting those facilities in place, so i wouldn&#039;t want an violation of my property if finally rented by you.

		<description><![CDATA[Found an apartment on Craig&#039;s list ... Yes I know now, that it should have been my first clue. Looking at the insinuated location and inclusions, I figured it was in a hotel, and since he suggested a certain area, it at first, fit the picture.

I knew something was up when I wasn&#039;t allowed to know the apartment number, and in later emails he mentioned a street name in Kitchener hoftetter, and there is only one hotel on it, no other properties, just undeveloped roads.

I drove by on my way into town and realized even if I was standing on the roof, there was no way the images he sent me could be from this place. So I wrote back, and he again denied me knowing due to security reasons, and sent me two following emails about needing money to view it, and dove into a contract.

This is the email conversation.

From Bart Ennis ert.bart55@gmail.com note as with many scams, a name, a number and then @gmail.com. The wording is almost word for word as other scams listed here.

I was adamant about needing the address, to see commuting distances, to see if it would hold all our things, to get content insurance quotes and so on. I started getting a bad vibe after the first email, when he said he had to fly in to show it, but then said it wasn&#039;t vacant, so why could the current tenant not show it, as well as needing the money, was the existing tenant not paying?

The reflections of the property on the table, the window style and layout, wasn&#039;t anywhere to be found in a two mile radius on google mad, and when I drove by as I said, there was no way he could have a place there with those buildings in view.

 I hope by posting here, I help someone prevent getting taken by this crook, and someone can help me nail him to stop him from scamming others. 

People like him need to be stopped, each email with different grammatical styles. The refusal to text my phone with a phone number, and then when I copied and pasted some text into google from his emails, it was almost word for word the same.

What a nightmare, am glad I was adamant about not paying anyone for anything without seeing it first!!!

I have reported it to the Internet crime complaint centre.
