Thanks for the measurements that you sent to me,it will indeed be of great help as regards my furniture.  
   As regards my furniture i am planning on having them delivered to the house before my arrival with my daughter so that we can setle in comfortably,you can understand that transiting cross atlantic is not easy so we are making arrangement with the furniture company to deliver the furniture before our arrival after the rent and security deposit has been paid to you by my financier.
   I am a neat person who is generally quiet and not a big partier.I am interested in sports and enjoy the outdoors and am sure i will be spending most of my time doing research on school work,am this type of shy person, humble, loyal friendly,reserved,honest and respectful.I keep my place clean and I like to cook. Also, I’m easygoing. I’ve had a variety of roommates in the past who have worked out well.
   My arrival to the States will be first week in March .I like to make the payment for the first month  rent starting is of March, in advance ahead of my arrival, so as not to loose the place with 1 year lease and then i will make subsequent payment thereafter as i plan to stay for more than 12months.
