Good day to you over there,i am Reverend Michael Williams by name,i saw this unit been advertised on craigslist.com and am much more interested in renting it,having read the details about it in the ad which really suites me.I will be signing a one year lease or more for the unit depending on how the area is conducive for my daughter and i,i will want to know the modalities for renting it and the actual price to pay per month ,i will be working with the Christian Centers in the city and will be living with my lovely daughter(Lowrie) whom is 12yrs old.I will be looking forward to hear from you as soon as possible as
i will want to conclude the rental process before i arrive on the 1st of February.

1) I will like to have the description of the apt/room, size, and the
equipments in there.
2) I will like to have the rent fee per month plus the utilities.
3) I will also be coming with some of my furniture, that is if it is

will like to get some more details about it, I am
currently in the Uk and I am Relocating down to the
US to do a survey for my employer ( KRS Insurance
Group (UK), as we are about to open an office in the
state, so due to my non presence to inspect the Property, I will like
